80s vintage lace cocktail dress, matching belt | Simple Women's Shirts, Versatile and Fashionable

Green vintage cocktail dress. Handmade by a French woman in the 80s (who formally worked in a small Parisian couture house). Very retro style and fit. Matching belt (may need an extra hole or two popped in for the smaller waists). Very sexy transparency, can be worn as is or with a slip under.
Closes with tiny snaps on the back.
